Oriental Modeling & Media was established in 1997 as a Joint-Venture between the Shanghai Culture Development Corporation and Digital Faith Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.

The JV has been set up to facilitate the growing demand for fashion features & media productions in China, promoting Shanghai as the Asian fashion capital and developing cultural exchanges between East and West.

The company operates in conjunction with the annual Shanghai International Fashion Festival as a platform communicating to both the international and domestic fashion industries.
